Scientific software

Tools & Projects

Research tools for quantitative pharmacology, statistics, precision dosing and biomedical AI.

Statistics

Stats

Research / educational software

Guided statistical testing with explicit rules and plain-language interpretation.

Stats starts from the scientific question and study design rather than requiring users to know the test name. The browser proposes a compatible method using deterministic rules, computes the analysis locally, and reports effect estimates, confidence intervals, p-values, effect sizes, assumptions and limitations.

  • Independent and paired quantitative comparisons.
  • Three or more independent groups.
  • Contingency tables and proportions.
  • Pearson / Spearman correlation and simple linear regression.
  • Built-in demonstrations, contextual help and French / English interface.

Browser-only research and educational calculator. High-stakes analyses and small-sample rank tests should be verified with reference statistical software.

Omics analysis

Multiomics

Research / educational software

Analyze one omics layer or integrate transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics.

The deterministic tool supports exploratory PCA, group comparisons, longitudinal studies and outcomes when the study design permits. It offers RNA-only, proteomics-only and metabolomics-only demonstrations, sample sheet guidance, QC audits, biological pathway views and traceable MS peak-area imports.

Browser methods are exploratory; reference R methods require a separately connected local backend. Results are not clinically validated.

PMx Explain

MIPD Engine

Research / educational software

Bayesian forecasting and model-informed precision dosing.

The TDM workflow connects observed concentrations and dosing histories to Bayesian MAP estimation using a library of population PK models.

  • Individualised exposure predictions and future dosing scenarios.
  • Model averaging for compatible models of the same compound, route and administration mode.
  • Experimental ML exposure comparisons when trained artifacts and sampling conditions are available.
  • Patient-data import, export and reports handled within the session.

Not a clinical medical device. Results require critical interpretation; experimental ML estimates do not replace MAP-based dose recommendations.

Drug-drug interactions

TacDDI

Research project

Precision dosing under complex drug-drug interactions.

TacDDI explores tacrolimus dose adaptation in the presence of complex drug-drug interactions, combining pharmacometric modelling and Bayesian estimation.

TacDDI: A precision dosing tool integrating Bayesian estimation to manage complex drug-drug interactions

Dosing strategies

MissedDose

Research application

Model-based guidance for missed and delayed oral doses.

Population PK simulations across several drugs compare strategies for managing missed or delayed doses.

Simulation-based research, not personalised medical advice.

Biomedical AI

GRAD

Research / development project

Local-first AI agents for healthcare and biomedical science.

GRAD investigates an offline-first, tool-mediated architecture built around specialist agent delegation and auditable workflows.

The aim is to support scientific and healthcare work while keeping execution local and actions inspectable. This is a research and development project, not a validated clinical product.
