Research
I work at INSERM UMR 1248 “Pharmacology & Transplantation”, University of Limoges / Limoges University Hospital, France.
My work focuses on combining mechanistic pharmacology, pharmacometrics and artificial intelligence to build interpretable and clinically useful quantitative models.
Research interests
- Population pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
- Model-informed precision dosing and Bayesian forecasting.
- AI-assisted, mechanistic and grey-box pharmacometric modelling.
- Trustworthy AI for biomedical applications.
Current focus
My PhD explores the integration of pharmacometrics, mechanistic modelling, artificial intelligence and digital-twin concepts in quantitative pharmacology.
